The NCR SelfServ 32 becomes the first Indian 'no envelope' multi-function intelligent deposit ATM with dedicated intelligent cash deposit and recycling functionality.
The NCR SelfServ 42 is a multi-function ATM offering cash dispense and envelope deposit with the flexibility to upgrade to advanced functions.
NCR released the NCR Smart Connections - a Global-System-for-Mobiles (GSM)-based wireless solution in partnership with Symstream Technology Group Ltd that helps deploy remote ATMs in a jiffy. Also on release today is the NCR APTRA eMarketing, a software tool that allows customers to create an interactive dialogue with those they serve. With a focus on performance, deliverability and analytics we facilitate dialogue through eMail, Mobile SMS, Self-Service Kiosk, Web Banners, Social Networking and CRM/Contact Management Support.
NCRIndia Managing Director Jaivinder Gill, speaking at the launch, said that India is the second largest base for NCR in terms of employees outside the US. CR Asia-Pacific Vice-President Peter Frielick said the new products further strengthen NCR's present market share of 47.5%.
