J Balasubramanian appointed Non-official Director of Dena Bank

The Central Government in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has nominated J Balasubramanian, a Chartered Accountant, as the part-time non-official director of Dena Bank. The appointment is made under the Chartered Accountants category.
Balasubramanian's appointment will be for a period of three years effective from the date of notification (June 30) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Dena Bank has a network of about 1122 branches and 295 ATMs spread across India.
