Axis Bank introduced e-Wallet Card

Axis Bank" height="76" width="250" align="left" hspace="10" vspace="10" />Axis Bank introduced a new electronic payment services called e-Wallet Card. The virtual card works just like any debit or credit card and can be used to make online payments.
The e-Wallet Card services can be accessed by Axis Bank customers under the Cards menu after logging on to the internet banking website of the bank. After creating the e-Wallet card, the source of funds for the card needs to be specified. The minimum and maximum limits of the card are Rs. 10 and Rs. 50,000. The e-Wallet card details can be shared with relatives and friends on emergency situations. An additional security layer, the Verified-by-Visa (VBV) can also be added. The card will be valid for 48 hours and automatically gets expired. In case of partial usage or zero usage, the un-utilised amount will be credited back to the user bank account in four days.
